My name is Mario and I offer psychotherapy and counselling services in Greater Manchester.

People come to therapy for a variety of different reasons. Some are feeling anxious, stressed or worried about something. Some are feeling upset, distressed, broken hearted or depressed. Others might feel that something has gone wrong in their life, have regrets, feel stuck or have lost direction, meaning in life. Whatever the reason, sometimes we all find ourselves stuck. Sometimes we go around in circles, unable to sort troubles and worries alone. Getting help from a trained and supportive professional is often an important step towards change.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental, accepting and supportive space to talk about what is going on for you. Therapy is a space for you to understand and make sense of your experiences. This is the space to discover what holds you back and enables you to change old patterns, make new decisions and find new ways of approaching, and overcoming your difficulties. Together we can achieve the change and transformation you are looking for.

I have experience of working with adult clients from a range of ages, backgrounds, cultures and sexualities. I have been privileged and honoured to be part of each of their journeys through the tears, the setbacks and the laughter. And I have been moved to witness their personal growth, which was often life changing. I have worked with clients who have experienced the following issues around: anxiety, depression, lack of confidence and low self-esteem, sex and sexuality, stress and burnout, childhood trauma, loneliness just to name a few.
