About me
I am a fully qualified BACP accredited counsellor working with adults, children and young people who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, transitioning, grief, relationship issues, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

I am a person-centred counsellor, which means I listen with empathy, honesty and free of judgement. I provide a safe space to explore your problems and hope to empower my clients to reach their goals.

Adult Counselling
Individual counselling is a chance to make space for you, it is a choice to invest in yourself. Through my adult counselling service, I hope to help hold my client's through difficult times, empower them to listen to themselves and make steps towards a more fulfilling life or simply validate how they feel. Teen Counselling
As an experienced children's counsellor most recently working as a school counsellor in Cheadle Hulme I have seen the transformative nature of counselling for teens. Adolescence can be a challenging time both for children and parents, as much as we try to support our children sometimes they need someone outside of the family to speak to in confidence. As part of this service, I also offer regular check-ins with parents to provide guidance and signposting. Please send me an email if you would like to discuss counselling for your teen.
