You are probably reading this because you are experiencing some difficulty in your life.
You may already know what the problem is, or you may be having trouble identifying it, but you know that something isn’t right and you want the time and space to figure it out.
Feelings are powerful and many of us need help at times to understand our emotions, reflect on how they are impacting us and the other people in our lives, and come to a place where we can safely revisit them and find news ways to sit with them.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Ealing, West London offering face to face counselling to adults. I work from a private and comfortable self-contained room.
Clients come to me to speak about a wide range of issues and I have a particular interest in issues around anxiety and self-esteem.
It can be hard to get started, but if you would like to take the first step in finding out if I am the right counsellor for you, send an email or call or message the telephone number listed on this page. If I can’t answer, leave a message and I will call or message back.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation where we can start to talk about what you are looking for and whether I feel I can help.
Take your time to look through my website and my Facebook page www.facebook.com/lavendertreecounselling to find out more about how we could begin to work together. If I don’t feel like I am the best person to help you, I will always try and refer to a counsellor who I feel can.
