I am a trained Psychotherapist with compassion and kindness who will be there along your therapeutic journey. I am able to offer a form of short term counselling and long term psychotherapy treatment.

I am a BACP (Accred) practising mental health practitioner. I received my BACP Accreditation in 2007 and UKRCP in 2008. You can also find me in the Counselling Directory , Counsellingpages, and Directry Independent.
As a specialising Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, my initial training was Integrative counselling. My passion to find the root cause of mental health issues and treatment to manage mental health wellbeing led me to specialise in Psychoanalysis.

I have worked in GP surgeries, Inpatient Acute Psychiatry, Children’s centres’, Voluntary sector and in Private practice. I believe a good therapeutic relationship and trust in the process is central to one’s treatment & recovery.
