As a qualified counsellor I can support you to cope with whatever is going on for you at the moment, and work with you to make the emotions that you are feeling a bit easier to sit with. I accept you as you are without judgement.

I specialise in working with adults as well as children and young people who are experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, stress, abuse, issues around sexuality, relationship problems, family issues, low self- esteem.

• Integrative therapy (including Gestalt and Transactional Analysis)
