Sometimes in our life we can feel unable to move forward for many different reasons. This may leave us with feelings we are unable to understand, such as feelings of depression, suffering with anxiety and low self esteem. When I lost my sight, I felt that I needed to talk to someone who had also experienced losing something which had changed their life. This is why, once I was able to accept my loss, I decided I would become a counsellor to provide support for other people who have experienced any type of loss in their life.

I gained the relevant qualifications that are needed to become a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and because of my own life experiences, I believe I am able to provide a genuinely open, warm, confidential and empathic space for all my clients.

I provide my clients with a safe space, so that we can explore your issues and work together to find new strategies, to enhance your life and live it more fully too. I work with clients both long term and short term depending on each individual\’s needs. I provide my clients with a confidential environment; a safe space where I can support you at your own pace.
