Seeking therapy can be a daunting task especially when one feels vulnerable.
The choices are countless and help is needed in the here-and-now. Different therapies suit different people in varying circumstances.

At PsychWorks we attempt to make things a bit easier for you.
We operate a 3 session “diagnostic” policy whereby it is decided whether the types of psychotherapy we offer (psychodynamic) are appropriate for your personality and presenting issue. If they are not, we refer you to trusted colleagues offering other types of therapy like Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Integrative counselling, ACT etc.

Our main aim is to assist people engage in and stay on a therapy course that is suitable and helpful.
Our services are provided by extensively trained professionals that have at least 10 years therapeutic experience ensuring that the therapy you get is of the highest quality.
