Mine is a holistic approach to counselling which focuses on the person as a whole – mind, body and spirit. I work with you the person, recognising your individual needs. My role as counsellor is to be present with you and support you through whatever difficulties you are experiencing be that depression, anxiety, panic, bereavement/loss, relationship/family issues or feeling sad. I can help you to address any issues that are affecting your overall well-being in a confidential, safe, supportive and non-judgemental way. Together we will uncover your own inner resources, wisdom and strength, which will help you to find the answers you seek, gaining clarity and personal insight.

I can work with you on an open ended basis or for an agreed period of time. As an integrative counsellor with person-centred values at the core of my work I am flexible and creative in my approach, drawing on a wide spectrum of therapeutic knowledge to best suit your own individual needs. These include art therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Jungian psychology, person-centred, psychodynamic, psychosynthesis / spiritual, solution-focused and therapeutic writing. I may introduce you where helpful and appropriate to therapeutic methods such as guided visualisation, drawing, writing, reiki and chakra balancing, meditation and mindfulness.

I am also a qualified child counsellor and play therapist with over ten years experience of working with children and young people. My Bromley location is a well equipped play therapy space where I work with children using art materials, sand, toys and games.

I am a BACP registered counsellor, working both in my own practice (at two locations) and for a local primary care counselling service where I work with clients both short-term (8-12 sessions) and long-term (up to three years). I offer face to face counselling at both my practices in Bromley BR1 and Bexley High Street DA5.

Fees are as follows:-

Adults – £35 [60 minutes]
Skype – £25 [60 minutes]
Trainee Counsellors – £25 [60 minutes]
Children 14yrs and under – £25 [45 minutes]
Concessions are available to those on low income
