I am a fully qualified, person centered therapist, who also uses skills from many other styles of counselling to support you. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked in education for over twenty years with children with special needs. I have years of experience supporting adults with a wide range of emotional, practical and mental health needs. I am also trained to work with children and young people.  I am interested in finding out about you and what has made you feel upset, anxious, or stuck. We will work together to find a way forwards for you and explore strategies for looking after yourself and becoming more resilient.
