Hello, my name is Abby and I'm an experienced therapist based in the centre of Cheltenham. If you're looking for long or short term therapy for anxiety, depression, loss, stress, bereavement or any other kind of issue, then please get in touch. Having a good connection with your therapist is the most important part of any therapy, and so I want to make sure you feel comfortable with me before we start working together. This is why I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss your needs before making an appointment.

I specialise in working relationally, which means that I focus on offering you a safe, reliable and healing relationship to work through whatever concerns you. This is particularly important if you have experienced any childhood issues or trauma. I have many years of experience in integrative methods, and adapt my approach to the individual.
