I am a fully registered and insured BACP Senior Accredited counsellor.  I offer counselling sessions to adults in a discreet rural location just outside of Colchester town centre with convenient free parking.
I am a Person centred counsellor, offering a bespoke therapy service to individuals. My experience as a therapist combined with a robust and enthusiastic personality means that therapy sessions are explorative, safe and supportive.  Alongside conventional one to one sessions I also offer a variety of creative options, including using artistic medium and walk talk therapy in the surrounding Kingsford woodlands.
