As a qualified integrative counsellor, I can offer you a safe and secure place to talk, where you can feel understood and accepted. I believe that trust and the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is essential to the work we do.We can explore your difficult thoughts and feelings that are affecting you and your everyday life, in a confidential setting.

I can offer a variety of ways to help you explore your difficulties. My approach is to empower you and help you make sense of what is going on and assist you in finding out what helps you to cope and have a better life.

This can be through face to face sessions, on-line or telephone counselling, whatever suits you best. You may find it difficult to get out or are not very mobile if so on-line or telephone counselling could suit you better.

I offer both short term counselling and long-term open-ended counselling to adults.

I regularly attend CPD workshops and supervision to enhance my practice. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.

I offer out of hours appointments, weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Training, qualifications & experience 

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere strictly to BACP code of ethics.

I have had extensive training in bereavement counselling, including infant loss and have accumulated over 150 client hours at a local hospice. I have also worked in an agency as a counsellor offering support for redundancy, bullying, stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sexuality and relationship issues.

I also offer on-line and telephone counselling.

Some people don’t feel as comfortable sitting face to face in a counselling room as they do with on-line counselling, which can be done from the comfort of your own home. You can set the pace.

£50 individual per 50 minute session

£75 couples per 50 minute session
