I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to share aspects of yourself and where you can be gently challenged with honesty – and where you can challenge too.

I have worked with an extensive variety of people and areas of difficulty including: anxiety, panic, depression, work-related stress, bullying and bereavement.

Additionally I have specialised experience in trauma-related work (both PTSD* and Complex PTSD) which has included much work with childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and military trauma. My other area of speciality is working within the LGBT community. I have also spent many years working with young adults. I am an experienced mindfulness practitioner and incorporate this into my work where appropriate.

My practice is based in comfortable, professional rooms in central Leigh-on-sea (just off the Broadway).
