Counselling is a therapy which involves talking for you to explore your feelings and thoughts.

I will provide you with a safe and supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment, a space for you to explore any issues or problems that you may have and I will listen to you empathically.

I work with individuals who have many issues such as, struggling to cope with depression, anxiety, work related stress, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, abuse, homicidal thoughts, suicidal thoughts and mental health illnesses.
I am also a Bereavement Counsellor I have experience in working with bereaved individuals. Feeling bereaved may not always involve loosing a loved one, it can be a loss of a job, of a home, going through divorce or a loss of themselves.

I abide by the British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework for good practice.
