I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, cultural issues and have an interest in emotional health and wellbeing. Each individual counselling/therapy session is 50 minutes and my practice is flexible in that I am able to offer short (6-12 sessions) or long-term depending on each person’s needs.
