I am an autistic counsellor and coach specialising in counselling autistic clients or those with ADHD - whether you're newly diagnosed or self-diagnosed and want to talk through what that means for you, or you want to work out how to create a life that works better for you, or you need to talk through some parts of your life, such as parenting or work, but with a counsellor who understands your unique challenges and view of life, I am here for you.
Many neurodivergent people struggle with anxiety or just living in a society which wasn't created with them in mind; many have had bad experiences with previous therapy which also wasn't designed with them in mind. I practise from a neurodivergent-affirming and queer-affirming standpoint.
I work online and also offer email counselling for people who find speaking difficult.
