I am a qualified counsellor and life coach and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I can support you through your difficult times, whether the negative issues that you are facing in life now have arisen as a result of childhood experiences or something that you have experienced later on in life, or are as a result of negative thinking patterns, I am able to offer a safe space and professional support for you to work through the issues that are preventing you from achieving the life you want to live. We can explore the problems and issues you are facing and, as a warm and empathic counsellor, I will work with you to gain insight and understanding into your current situation that is preventing you from moving in a positive direction and help you to find ways in making those positive steps to where you want to be.

I work as an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, which means that I am trained using Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt, as well as being trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This enables me to work according to your own individual needs rather than a ‘fit-all’ approach.

I am able to offer both short-term and long-term face-to-face counselling on an individual basis, as well as working with couples who are going through relationship issues.

As a life coach I am able to support you in reaching your goals, be this a new job, a new relationship, beginning to work towards a healthier you.  I do not tell you how you ‘should’ be doing things, but, rather, work with you to help you find the best way forward for you in reaching those goals.  If you would like any further information please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I offer counselling in Christchurch.  It is on a yellow bus route.  The therapy room is located on the first floor and, unfortunately, does not offer lift access to those with mobility issues.

Fees for Counselling – Free initial telephone consultation.  Thereafter, sessions cost £45.

Fees for Coaching – £65 per hour session or £80 for 90 minute session.
