Our counsellors are all fully qualified and are all BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) members. We all have a Diploma in Person-centred counselling and we have a therapist who is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). We have experience in working with a wide range of issues, including: stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem and addictions.
