Professional, confidential & affordable counselling. Having been a counsellor for 17 years I have gained a great experience working with a wide variety of clients bringing a whole spectrum of issues. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy and always deliver in a Person Centred way.

Life can be stressful, most of the time we cope, sometimes things get too much and  its hard to realise when we need to access a bit of help. Counselling can help when things get overwhelming. It is gentle and effective, it helps to make sense of our feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

Stress, anxiety and depression are the most common issues brought into therapy. The symptoms  can be debilitating, for some there is a clear underlying problem and for others there is no obvious reason. Together we can work out  the cause and then make plans to bring about change.

I offer one to one counselling, telephone and Skype sessions. Daytime & evening appointments are available in offices in Newton Abbot & Brixham – Torbay. Both venues offer nearby parking and are close to bus routes.
