Life on Dreams offers professional counselling, psychotherapy, nature-based and equine facilitated therapy services in South Derbyshire including Swadlincote, Derby, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Lichfield and surrounding areas.

You may just want to talk about what’s troubling you or you may want to explore specific issues and have support to find more helpful ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. We support clients with addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, abuse, PTSD, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement and more.

We offer a variety of well-being and therapeutic services tailored to each client. We have a team of experienced professionals offering room based and nature psychotherapy approaches, including equine-assisted and animal-assisted therapies.
