I am an accredited Psychotherapist, I have almost 30 years experience working in the emotional wellbeing field, I run and manage a very busy practice in Sudbury Suffolk  and Castle Hedingham Essex. Although you are reading about me, I also have an expert team of therapists waiting to help you. The range and experience is so diverse, we are sure we can support you through your journey. At my centre in Station Road, I have supported many Trainee counsellors in this business to gain their clinical hours to pass their qualifications and become qualified. My practice can open until you return home from work which is 10pm, I also offer Zoom Sessions.
