Soraya Morrabi : Counselling and Clinical Supervision

Hi I am a registered member of the BACP with over 15 years of counselling experience. I am also a Post Graduate Clinical Supervisor. I offer a variety of different packages to suit your individual needs. I can counsel via Skype, telephone or face to face. I practice in the Nottingham and Derbyshire area.

We all experience difficult times in our lives that we may need help with. Sometimes it helps to talk over those difficult issues with someone like myself who is empathic, non-judgemental and experienced in listening to and helping people to have a greater understanding and insight into what there issues and options are. Our friends and family want to help us but sometimes they cloud our views with their own experiences or can even be part of the problem therefore speaking to someone who is impartial can be of great help. I offer a confidential and private comfortable space for you to express and voice your issues and hopefully allow you to find your own answers and way through those difficult times.

My main practice is in Heanor and Mansfield, though I am also in the process of starting up in the main Nottingham city centre area. For students there are discounts for both personal therapy and supervision as well as CPD groups and workshops. Supervision can be either group or individual. For those people who have difficulty leaving the home I offer home visits.

My model is integrative using Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) I am also a Life Coach and Education coach. There are a variety of workshops that I also offer both for CPD and personal development. I also deliver talks and workshops for corporate clients.

I have delivered and co-ordinated the counselling courses at West Notts College for 14 years whilst developing my private practice. I have counselled in schools and have experience with Derby Rape Crisis.
