Whatever brings you to seek counselling I offer a warm welcome and a safe supportive space in which you can explore your issue.

I’m a fully trained counsellor with a Dip Person Centred Counselling and a BA (Hons) in Counselling Studies and am a registered member of the BACP.

I now offer an integrative approach, including elements of Nature based therapy and creativity, into my practice.
