I am an independent Private Counsellor.

I provide therapy within a confidential setting, offering an empathic and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship with my client(s).

I have experience working with women and men who presented issues of self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, anger, or abuse.

My work has included providing a general counselling service for G.P Practices in the NHS; MIND for depression and anxiety; EllenorLions Hospice for Palliative and Bereavement counselling; and counselling for an agency for Survivors of Abuse.

I trained with the University of Greenwich, and graduated with a foundation degree in Integrative Counselling. Member of the Bristish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work to the BACP code of practice.

My practice is based in Hamilton Road, Sidcup, close to the High Street with convenient transport links to Chislehurst, Bromley, Orpington, Welling, Bexleyheath, Eltham and New Eltham.

It is my view that every client is unique and requires therapy tailored to their needs. My aim is to offer this using an integrated counselling approach.
