Not recognizing the person I have become, I’m here to say that its okay and I understand how difficult it can be. Feelings of sadness creep up and this feeling of nothingness at times. Wanting to speak to someone who will not judge me and help me at the same time. That’s what I am here for. To help you connect to the real you. To help you through the fog and back into a life of hope and clarity. Offering specially tailored sessions that meet your needs.

Offering a range of Counselling services available. Skype, Zoom, face to face and  telephone. The different types of models such as Person Centred, CBT, Humanistic and Islamic Counselling is available. I offer counselling to women only.
