A warm welcome to you for visiting my page.  I am principally a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist using a compassionate based approach to treat varied Mental Health problems such as Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal problems and most issues which perhaps just need explored in a non judgemental, trusting and compassionate setting.

At present, due to Covid19 pandemic most of my work is delivered online or telephone at very competitive rates.
