Sometimes we find ourselves in unhappy relationships or situations and get lost trying to find the most positive way to move forward. We often feel stuck with issues that concern us personally or within a couple relationship or even the wider family. This often has an impact on not only ourselves but those around us; our partners, families friends or work colleagues.
Talking things over with another person can often help us to see things more clearly. I can offer you my professional time and experience to explore your issues in a safe, confidential, non judgmental environment. We would work together to make meaning of how and why life may have become difficult, often by looking at the past and looking at changes that can be made to improve the quality of your life and relationships in the present.

I am a trained and certified Psychotherapist (IIPA)
I am a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
Member BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

To uphold my UKCP registration and BACP membership I am required to complete many hours of professional development each year by attending training and workshops covering many aspects of life and relationship difficulties.
