Are you struggling with some daily issues and finding it hard to cope? Do you need someone to talk to who can understand and relate to your problems? Do you need someone who offers a secure environment and will not be judgemental about you.

My key subject is Bereavement and all the issues that surround it. I will help you understand the Stages of Grief and help you transition this period.

I am a friendly and empathetic counsellor. I have been practising for almost 20 years.

Since early 2020 I only provide on-line service by video or phone. I will go back to one-to-one personal sessions from consulting rooms in Pangbourne and in Thatcham, and work across West Berkshire from Reading to Newbury.

Getting started

We would normally start with a phone call for a brief discussion of your needs. If we could see benefit in working together we would start our sessions quickly and progress from there.

My background

I qualified in Person Centred and Psychodynamic counselling approaches and regularly use CBT techniques. I am a full member of the BACP (MBACP) and hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I was chair of West Berkshire Cruse for a number of years.

Administrative things…

I work Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm

My rates are £45 per session, usually 50 minutes – although first session may take longer.

I accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card through Paypal.
