I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist working in Filton (BS34 7PT) in North Bristol, specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I am also qualified to supervise, mentor and train other therapists. I have a background in Psychology, Health Psychology and Clinical Research and have been studying brains and behaviour for over 20 years (my passion!). I combine my psychological expertise with clinical hypnosis to help you make positive, lasting changes in your life! I have a special interest in helping people suffering from Stress, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Confidence issues, IBS and chronic pain. Combining elements of neuroscience with elements of CBT, NLP as well as using clinical hypnosis, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an effective approach for encouraging beneficial and lasting changes.

My consultation room is located at the Old Church, just by the Filton roundabout, where Gloucester Road (A38) intersects Southmead Road/the Ring road. It is based on the ground floor of the lovely old converted church, allowing increased accessibility. I understand people often have family and work commitments, so can also offer flexible appointment times in the evenings.
