Hi, I’m Vicky Mould, the founder of Azalea Counselling. I’m an experienced mental health counsellor and bereavement counsellor in Eastleigh, near Winchester and Southampton. I support adults of all ages and from all walks of life through online or phone sessions.

Counselling can help with a range of life challenges. I offer person-centred therapy to help you navigate bereavement (including baby loss), anxiety, depression, carer, perinatal or parenting concerns, the effects of domestic abuse, relationship issues, PTSD, BPD, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
I offer a welcoming, compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can work together to create a relationship that feels safe and trusting for you, and will ultimately help you in your own development.
My approach is respectful and empowering, so we can explore what feels important to you, at a pace you feel comfortable with. I don’t provide solutions or advice – instead, I’ll work with you to build the confidence and trust in yourself to find the answers that make sense to you, long-term.
I offer flexible, accessible support through online and phone counselling. Whether we’re online or over the phone, I offer an environment where you can feel valued and accepted as you are, heard, and understood. My goal is to help you move forward with a healthier or more fulfilling life – whatever that may look like for you.
