I am an integrative counsellor, although my core approach is Person-centred. It is holistic focused as I believe that all aspects can have an impact on a person’s well-being, ie: mental, emotional, physical, environmental, social and spiritual.
I am registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) which is a recognised professional organisation. As a member I adhere to their ethical framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
