Hello I’m The Viking Therapist (Kai). I’m an Integrative therapist, equine therapist & supervisor. I live in the Viking capital of England, Jorvik (modern name York) but I’ve set camp (therapeutic space) in LS1 area of central Leeds. Where I see individuals and couples in a calming, safe, judgement free environment and help them unleash their inner Viking to slay their own mental health giants.
I also work remotely offering online sessions via zoom.
