I am a qualified integrative counsellor, primarily working with trauma, addictions, identity crisis – while taking up further training in therapeutic management of hoarding, eating disorders, counselling elderly, and clients with life limiting conditions.
I believe that therapy is not about fixing you – but to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, thoughts, emotions, and potential at your own pace. I will honour your experience, your truth, your feelings and your nervous system. I follow your pace – We would never work with anything you are not ready for.
