As a registered mental health charity, we have been offering support to children, young people and adults for more than 40 years.
At our centres in Altrincham, Bury, Broomwood and Old Trafford, the Counselling & Family Centre (CFC) offers counselling and mental wellbeing support when you need it. Our counselling service supports a wide range of users, including children and young people from 5 years and above, adults as an individual, 2 adults in a relationship, families. We provide the help you need, at the time when you need it most. Our qualified and trained counsellors are here to help. We offer face to face and remote counselling, ensuring you can access help at times and locations that suit you.
