My name is Aimee and I am the sole owner and operator of Teignmouth Counselling. I have been fortunate enough to work in the sunny shores of Cape Town, South Africa to London, UK and now South Devon.
My practice may have moved over the last ten years but my principles and treatments have remain as focused as ever.
I have received an overwhelmingly positive result from my treatments and my clients always leave my services happy with how they have progressed.
I used holistic methods in my practice and include, hypnotherapy, yoga and meditation as well as talk therapies.
I also run a life, career and business coaching practice which, although relatively new, has had positive feedback as well.
