My approach is integrative using different theoretical models within the humanistic framework to meet the needs of the client. These include CBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Person-Centred.
My counselling experience includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationship issues, work and health related issues. Full details can be accessed via my website. I have experience of working in primary care both with the NHS as well as privately, and also have over 5 years specialist counselling experience of working with bereavement. I am an approved counsellor/psychotherapist for certain health insurance companies.
I practise in Maidstone, Kent and Hadlow, nr. Tonbridge. Both have disabled access.
I offer reduced rates for students and those on low income.
