I offer a variety of services including hypnotherapy, NLP coaching, courses on hypnotherapy & childbirth, corporate hypnotherapy services and more. I have experience working with a wide variety of client issues including stress, anxiety, weight loss, stop smoking, fertility, forex trading, nail-biting, emotional issues, cofidence and self esteem, habits and addictions, IBS and much more.
I use a variety of techniques to help my clients achieve their goals and am fully qualified as a hypno-analyst, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) pracitioner, and emotional freedom technique (EFT). I am a member of the Assocation of Professional Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists (my accrediting body) and as such am also recognised by the CNHC – the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council.

I also offer a course in hypnotherapy & childbirth to help expectant mothers achieve a positive birthing experience. Designed to provide you with a range of tools and techniques to help you cope with whatever turn your birthing takes – whether its the perfect birth or you require interventions, this course will help you feel positive throughout your pregnancy and childbirth.
In addition, I also work as a hypnotherapist in the corporate world offering onsite therapy, training courses, stress management and performance coaching.
