I offer Counselling With You In Mind. By searching this directory and reading my profile you have already taken the first step in the counselling process. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to be the best they can be and that is where counselling can help you.
I have experience in providing a safe, non-judgemental, nurturing, trusting and reparative place for you to explore whatever is causing you troubles or hurt at this time. I can facilitate you in making sense of your experiences in your world. By using a sound framework of theories to suit each individual client, working creatively where appropriate, being thoughtful, mindful and respectful to clients needs, we can establish a working relationship that may have an impact to your current situation. I value all clients for their individuality and experiences, whether you are young, teenage, adults or an elder, I work differently with each individual, depending on your needs.
I am fully qualified from Wealden Psychology Institute and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).
