I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I work in a variety of ways to suit each individual person. My goal is to encourage individuals to explore their issues and work towards a better understanding of themselves and the world around them.
I like to create a sense of calm and safety within the counselling room to give you the ability to focus on whatever you need to work on. I may also challenge the way you look at things and encourage you to see things in a different way. Counselling is not always an easy option but the personal benefits can be life changing.
