Hi, and thank you for passing by. I am a fully qualified, Registered, Senior Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist working with adults and young people (18+) Students and Undergraduates. My focus tends to explore issues pertaining to depression, anxiety and panic attacks and how these manifest themselves within people’s relationships at home, work, college and University. My focus is always to explore and ascertain what is is you want to achieve from therapy, you might not know exactly what but there will be a part of you that feels as though something is not quite right.
