Once these are under control we find ways for you to manage your anxiety on a daily basis so that you can learn to be in control of your anxiety rather than your anxiety being in control of you.
I offer a relaxed and modern way of working, our first session together is at a reduced price of £25 so that we can get to know each other and discuss how counselling will be able to help you.
Thereafter sessions are £50 for 50 minutes
