Embarking on therapy/counselling can be a difficult process, I offer a safe, welcoming environment for my clients to talk through any issues. I am an individual member of the BACP. I am compliant with Data Protection (GDPR)
Counselling can be short or long term, I work creatively to adapt to your individual needs and goals you may have set yourself. Counselling can enable you to feel less alone with your thoughts and feelings. The overall aim is to empower you to understand yourself and gain the tools to live your life in a positive way. You are the expert on your life.
I have experience of working with issues around anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual/physical abuse, family difficulties and low self esteem and others. I have over 1500 counselling hours experience and have been volunteering/working at a sexual abuse crisis centre for 3 and a half years. I engage in continuing professional development
I offer Online (Whatsapp and Zoom, text or video) and face to face counselling at £40 per 50 minute session. Initial Consultation FREE.
