Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor / Therapist, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs.
I believe that to get the most out of counselling, it is important to choose a therapist that is right for you. For it to be successful, you will need to find someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence without being judged.
Hopefully, we will have that connection which will enable you to feel secure and comfortable talking to me. I offer a reduced rate for an initial consultation so we can meet and see how it goes.
I offer daytime and evening appointments and work with adults and couples. I am based in three clinics – Sanderstead, Surrey, West Wickham, Kent and Westerham in Kent. I also offer session by Skype.
In addition to my private practice, I also work as a voluntary counsellor at a well established charity.

I am a fully a qualified counsellor and have an Advanced Professional Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Chrysalis Certificate in Counselling.
I have also been trained in Sexual Abuse Recovery
I am a member of BACP and an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS)
I have a current Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Certificate and am fully insured.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and my rates are £50 for individuals and £60 for couples.
