I looked for a counsellor myself, long before I trained to be one, so I know how overwhelming it is to scroll through profile after profile, especially when you already know you need help but not where to start. Here’s the simple version: it starts with me just listening to you – something you may never have genuinely experienced before. No judgement, just an opportunity for you to be truly you.

I specialise in trauma, anxiety and identity, including LGBTQIA+ experience, though I’m not limited to these. My rates are sensible for this expensive world right now – being listened to by a professional should be as affordable as possible.

I offer sessions from a quiet, private annexe overlooking the South Downs near Midhurst, or securely online — across Sussex, Hampshire and beyond. No advice, no fixing, just fifty minutes that belong to you. I hold a Diploma (Distinction) in Humanistic Counselling (Chichester Uni), and I’m fully supervised, DBS-checked and insured, working to the BACP Ethical Framework.
