Hi, welcome to my profile. I am a registered member with the BACP. I am based in Shrewsbury House Community Centre. I offer counselling to individuals offering one2one counselling.

My approach is Psychodynamic, which focuses on belief that counselling and Psychotherapy is a process which places emphasis upon building a trusting therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client.
In order to do this safely I offer a warm, safe, confidential, non judgemental attitude, within a comfortable environment.
The first session will be an assessment, this will allow you to discuss your concerns/issue. If after the assessment you do not want to continue , then you are under no obligation to continue.

Fees,
Assessments Fee : 10.00-5.00pm £50, 1 hour session. 6.00-9.00pm £55. Saturday: 10.00-3.00pm £60
Continued sessions 10.00am – 5.00pm. £50. 6.00pm – 9.00pm £55. 1 hour session
Saturday’s 10.00am – 3.00pm. £60
Student counsellors £35 1 hour
Method of payment cash/cheque, paid on the day at the start or end of each session
