NW Reflections

I am a professional qualified counsellor, and I consider myself to have a gift for listening. I decided to become a counsellor following a number of personal life experiences and I was fortunate enough to live in an area where I could obtain training and education from some of the best tutors in this field.
I work within the ethical framework of the BACP and receive regular supervision as per their professional guidelines. I have professional liability insurance.
Over the last few years I have worked with families, in particular where relationships have broken down, I am experienced and hold a qualification in family engagement and can identify empathically with social issues that may be connected to the wider community. I also work on a voluntary basis for the school based counselling service within the Conwy area, working specifically with students of secondary school age. I am also a counsellor for the Stepping Stones charity working specifically with victims of childhood abuse.
I work from my own ground floor practice based in Colwyn Bay. The office is located close to both train and bus routes, there is also limited parking. The office is fully accessible to people with limited mobility and there is a ramp available
