Hi!

I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist trained in Adlerian counselling. My current location is in Thame, Oxfordshire where I have a quiet, comfortable and easily accessible consulting room.

Counselling offers you the experience of talking with a skilled helper, who provides a comfortable space for you to freely explore a difficulty which may be of concern to you. As a counsellor I provide you with a strong level of support to help you work towards a solution, best suited to your situation. Whatever the difficulty, you are always assured understanding and non-judgement. For a lot of clients it is so much easier to speak to a stranger then to burden friends or family members.

Sometimes it is just about being listened to and having a counsellor’s undivided attention can really help.

The work I do is catered to each individual as there is not a ‘one size fits all’ counselling approach. I aim to find out all about you as a whole to find the best way to help and support you.

I do offer a FREE 15 minute ‘discovery call’ to see what you need and to ensure I can help you. Making this first step is often the hardest, but you are not alone, do reach out for help.
