I welcome the messy, confusing and contradictory parts of being human. I believe that when someone feels genuinely heard – without pressure, expectation, or judgement – they begin to hear themselves more clearly too.

I’m someone who can sit with you through the uncomfortable parts, hold space for your uncertainty and stay alongside you as you find your own way without rushing. I respect the pace you need and I value honesty and collaboration in our work together.
I offer sessions in person in Hove and Lewes or online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK.
