Professional counselling gives you the space to think and talk about yourself and your life, or anything that is causing you distress and confusion. My approach to therapy is friendly and supportive, and as a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) I will work with you ethically and confidentially. I work out of two locations in the Black Country area of West Midlands: Walsall and Willenhall. I also offer counselling sessions via video (Zoom) and phone.
