I offer face to face therapeutic counselling to adults in my offices in Purley and Sutton.
I support clients who are struggling with mental and emotional health concerns such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction, stress, relationship difficulties and more. If you are in need of emotional or mental well-being support then I can help using Integrative therapy.
Every person is different, being an Integrative therapist I can tailor the way we work to suit you as an individual.  Being trained Integratively means that my approach is not rigid, I will draw on different approaches influence by Psychodynamic and Humanistic theory to meet your personal needs.  In this way you can hope to gain the most from your counselling journey.
